The list

Send SMSOn sends texts. Off sends no text messages.
Table hold timeMinutes a called party has to come up after the Table Ready alert. After that their row shows Late in Manual, and AI Host sends Last Call and assumes they walked.
Arrival check-inGuests who joined from the web must check in at the kiosk when they arrive. AI Host needs this on.

Closing

Close the list at closing timeThe list closes itself at your closing time. Off means it stays open until you close it.

Wait times are on the List tab, where a host changes them with a guest in front of them.

Table management

Table management is off, so the floor runs Manual. Your tables are saved. Pick AI Assist or AI Host in Menu → AI to bring back the Floor tab and seating at a table.

Show the floor mapOff means the Floor tab shows tiles only. Your map is kept.

Areas

The parts of your floor: Main room, Patio, Upstairs. Each one gets its own map.

Tap a table to set its name, seats, shape, area and type. Name them the way your floor does: B1, 12, Window 3.
